Introduction
The Eve Galactic Stock ExchangeŽ (EGSEŽ) is the first public stock exchange in the Eve universe, enabling safe transaction of shares between individual pilots or corporations.

Business Plan
1. Management Policy
All transactions of shares and funds within the stock exchange are handled by trusted brokers.
Trusted means "trusted by" the potential buyer/seller of shares, they choose their trusted broker from brokers listed on the site.
These brokers will strive to process all transactions within 24hr. All attempts to manipulate or sabotage the stock exchange or its working will result in a permanent ban from all transactions.

2. Business Setup
Corporation Listing
All public corporations can become listed at EGSEŽ. Corporations are added to the applied list untill they're reviewed by EGSEŽ management. EGSEŽ holds the right to delist or not list a corporation without notice. People can set orders for listed corporations as long as they have minimum 3 brokers brokering their shares. CEO's of each corporation can setup BUY and SELL orders directly and only pay the 1% EGSEŽ fee.

Setup Buy Orders
Buy orders are placed by filling out the corresponding form at the MyEGSE section of the EGSEŽ site. All pilots are able to put up a buy order for any share on the stock exchange. The buy order becomes legit by wiring the correct amount over to the trusted broker character. All pending and active buy orders are listed within your MyEGSE section. As soon as sell transactions are approved the bought shares will be transferred to your character. Please note that all buy orders have a broker fee (a minimum of 1% is paid out to EGSEŽ for administrative related activities, the trusted broker has his own % on top of that).

Buy transactions
All pilots can view the latest active sell orders on the Exchange section of the EGSEŽ site. These orders have a direct BUY link, all pilots can immediatly buy these shares by filling in the amount of shares they're willing to buy. Thus creating a buy transaction, this transaction is activated by the chosen trusted broker as soon as the correct amount of ISK is transferred. Again, a broker fee is included as explained above.

Setup Sell Orders
Sell orders are placed by filling out the corresponding form at the MyEGSE section of the EGSEŽ site. All pilots owning public shares are able to put up a sell order for the stock in their possession. The sell order becomes legit upon transfer of the shares to chosen trusted broker. Your active and pending sell orders can be followed in the MyOrder section. As soon as buy transactions are approved your broker will transfer the money into your account.

Sell transactions
All pilots can view the latest active buy orders on the Exchange section of the EGSEŽ site. These orders have a direct SELL link, all pilots can immediatly sell shares to this ordered price by filling in the amount of shares they're willing to sell. Thus creating a sell transaction, this transaction is activated by the trusted broker as soon as the correct amount of shares is transferred.

3. Career Opportunities
Available careers
The EGSEŽ offers serveral different careers: "trusted" broker, reporter, marketmaker, administrator. Applications are to be send to Aaro'ne Erviale and job openings will be posted in the MOTD in the channel EGSEx.

Broker
Someone who enters buy and sell orders for a client (ie: not themselves or associates) purely acts in the interest of their clients and receives a self choosen fee for her services (brokerfee).

1. Will put buy orders up for clients (3rd party) on the exchange, will receive isk to pay for the buyorders before activation of the orders.
2. Will put up sell orders for clients (3rd party) on the exchange, will receive shares for the sellorders before activation of the orders.
3. Will execute said buy and sell orders on the exchange when a (3rd party) buys or sells them.
4. Is not allow to become his own client for entering orders or execution of the orders.

1. 1) Has to have a buyorder for at least X shares in said stock (has to have the isk to cover the trade)
2. Has to have a sellorder of at least Y shares in said stock (has to have the shares in his portfolio)
3. Will not accept trades from clients
4. The price of the buyorder and sellorder have to be within Z range of eachother.
