EGSE - Erfnam steps down

I've been a broker for many months and met a lot of interesting people. In an effort to reduce my in game commitments, I have decided to step down as a broker. It's been fun and thanks for all the fish.

EGSE - Policy Changes

As of today EvE Galactic Stock Exchange will apply some changes to it's policy:

1. Brokers will no longer NEED to file reports, but are still ENCOURAGED to do so.
2. Getting listed @ EGSE is now purely up to EGSE Management.
3. Listed corporations need at least 2 active brokers supporting them (brokering their shares) for pilots to be able to create new orders.
4. Corporations who wish to apply for listing at EGSE can now fill out the application form (This form only works in game).

Both AMESH and TINY. are now listed at EGSE, but still need al least 2 brokers brokering their shares.
